New Help Center and Online Resource Directory for Private Well Owners

The Private Well Class program, a collaboration between the Rural Community Assistance Partnership and the Illinois State Water Survey, with funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, recently launched a new Help Center to connect private well owners with free information and resources about private wells and well maintenance and testing.

Anyone with questions about well water can now explore hundreds of resources on the most important topics and information pertaining to private wells at the new knowledgebase website. Visitors can also use a chat feature to get AI-powered answers from the Private Well Class database or to message with a Private Well Class team member. Finally, for when you just need to talk directly to an expert, you can call the team at 1-866-945-0699 from 8:30am to 4:30pm Central Time Monday through Friday.
